RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Due to the handmade and personal-use nature of our press-on nails, all sales are final. For hygiene and sanitation reasons, Pop Her Set does not accept returns or exchanges.

Please carefully review your nail size, shape, length, design, and order details before purchasing. Pop Her Set is not responsible for incorrect sizing selected or measurements provided by the customer.

Custom Orders: Because custom sets are created specifically for you, custom orders cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once production has begun.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact Pop Her Set within 3 days of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and, when appropriate, provide a replacement or other resolution.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. Pop Her Set is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the carrier marks them as delivered.
